Mid week check in!
Seriously! Had a great post n somehow deleted it! Grr.. Here's the highlights..
Walked Sunday at Zoo-3 miles
Monday- 2 miles/ arms
Wed- 2 miles/ legs
So, goal is two more workouts.
I'll add the good stuff I had written on Sunday! Too tired now
